Course Information

The course has two separate elements.

An online questionnaire and a 1.5 hour practical session.

The questionnaire link will be emailed to the delegate when we have received this booking form.

Once the questionnaire has been completed we will contact the delegate to book the practical assessment.

We (the customer and/or the delegate will ensure the vehicle will be adequately cleaned and have the appropriate PPE on board to cover the Covid - 19 risk.

Delegates will wear a mask at all times during the training.

Terms of Business

New clients (PIA): full payment to be made 14 days prior to course start date.

Existing clients (Net 10): full payment to be made 10 days after invoice date.

Late payments charged at 8% plus Bank of England base rate.

Cancellation Terms

Failure to complete the the course/delegate booking form(s) at least 14 days prior to the course start date will result in the course being terminated and the fees will still apply,

Course fees will NOT be refunded for any booking altered or cancelled by the client within 7 working days prior to the course start date.
