Paws and Claws may contact my Veterenarian for healthcare information.The information given here is accurate and true.I will read the Paws and Claws Guidelines prior to my on-site adoption meeting.There is a 30 day trial period in which I may return the animal to Paws and Claws.After the 30 day trial period if I want to surrender the animal to Paws and Claws, there will be a surrender fee and that the animal will only be accepted if space allows.Any adoption fees paid to Paws and Claws will not be refunded.Paws and Claws makes no warranty or guarantee (behavioral or health) regardng this animal.Paws and Claws has the right to request a home visit and/or otherwise see the animal at any time.I will provide humane care and treatment for this animal and will abide by all terms and conditions of this agreement.If I have any questions concerning this animal, I will contact Paws and Claws immediately.Paws and Claws has the right to refuse any adoption for any reason.
