ELIGIBILITY: Artists should have an established residence in and have lived at least 6 consecutive months in one of the 11 parishes in northeast Louisiana Cultural Region 8 which include: Caldwell, East Carroll, Franklin, Jackson, Madison, Morehouse, Ouachita, Richland, Tensas, Union, and West Carroll. Artists in the 7 contiguous parishes of: Bienville, Catahoula, Claiborne, Concordia, LaSalle, Lincoln, and Winn are also eligible to participate in the Region 8 roster. Those 7 contiguous parish artists are not eligible for any Region 8 resource assistance from the Northeast Louisiana Arts Council. ULM Students may participate.
