Sun Arrows is an all-rounder club on Sunbeam Palace owned by Stella Opalstar (founder) and Yasmine Rosedragon that focuses on a little bit of everything in order to capture to wonders of SSO and make the most of them. The events we do include dressage, showjumping, cross country, games, trails and training. However, we do strive with dressage. In this club, the goal is to be in a friendly community where you can be yourself with no worries and no judgment and be a bit chaotic and have fun with the rest of the club. Once in Sun Arrows, you'll be able to continue your journey which will be full of sunshine

Via the completion of this application form, those interested in becoming an official Sunnie will have the chance to do so and will have the oppurtunity to join Sun Arrows.  Please ensure you answer each of the following questions in as much detail as you can! The amount of effort you portray throughout your answers helps assure us of your dedication and commitment to this club. It would also give the owners of SA a better idea of who you are as a person and help us find out if you would fit nicely into Sun Arrows or not and we can also assess your application better so we can learn as much about you as we can. There is no required word count, however we ask for at least 3-4 sentences. Though this application seems like a lot, I promise you it will pay off

Once you've completed the first stage of submitting your application, it will be determined amongst the owners of Sun Arrows whether or not you'll be accepted into the club. If you are accepted, you will receive a friendship invitation through discord, instagram or star stable informing you you've been selected. Once this has happened, you will be let into the club and that is when your 1 week trial will start. This trial allows both staff, members and yourself to determine whether or not Sun Arrows is the club for you! Please keep in mind, we have the right to decline your application if we don't believe you will be fit or it lacks detail. 

☀ Rules & Requirements ☀

• Age 12 and above - Even though Sun Arrows is a mostly relaxed and chill club, you're still required to have a certain level of maturity to join. You must also be able to tolerate a small amount of profanity, course languages and some other themes. In some cases the age limit can and may be lowered, however, that is only on the rare occasion is you're mature for your age and it will not drop by much. 

 

• Level 13 and above - You are required to be either above this level, this level exactly or extremely close to it. This way it will prove you have some previous SSO experience, know your way around and have access to buying the uniform. Despite this, higher levels are good due to being able to go more locations in the game. 

 

• You must be star rider - It is okay if you're not lifetime, however, there must be a consistency of being a Star rider (not on and off - and not you're not a star rider over the time that you are one.) I understand that some people may not be able to afford it. However, as not being a star rider is limiting to what you can do and this club extends to multiple places, if you're not a star rider for more than a month, you will be removed (this also depends on how many members we have/how many people want to join.)

 

• Discord and Instagram are required - You MUST have these two and be logged into an active account. Social media is extremely important as it is our key method of communication within the club. However, if you can only get one Discord is a must.

 

• No Drama makers! - In SA, there is a strict policy on no drama. Anybody who starts or provokes drama will be removed from the club as it is unacceptable and intolerable, especially when Sun Arrows is all about accepting people for who they are. Bashing or shaming other members or putting someone down will also result in your removal. 

 

• Club Horse - Seeing as the club horse is the Marwari, it is highly suggested and appriciated that you are willing to purchase one if you haven't got one already. The Marwari you buy as your club horse must be either; Chestnut, black, bay or paint. Please also try to max or train the horse up to a higher level :) 

 

• Club Uniform - The club uniform, though not needed ASAP is still a requirement that is needed among the members of Sun Arrows. Please try to get the whole outfit within a month of being in the club xx 

 

• Ranks are earned not given - Please do not ask to become a higher rank within the club. Ranks are given to those who put in the time and effort into the club and are more active (in both talking in club chat & participating in club events). In order to climb up the ranking ladder, it will be up to you and discussed between the owners of SA. 

 

• Be Respectful - With being apart of Sun Arrows, it is expected that you respect each other and everyone within the club in order for you to get the same in return. As SA is a safe space for those in it to express themselves and be themselves, going against that and making someone feel like they don't belong or disrespecting them for who they are will result in an immediate removal of the club.

Though this seems like a lot to take in, I assure you these rules are quite easy to go by and everyone in the club is super understanding. If the owners see you heading towards breaking one of the rules (even on accident) we will message you privately first. If you have any issues, please come to the either of the owners instead of lashing out or bringing up your problems in club chats and starting drama that could of been avoided.
