Terms and Conditions*
The Alliance Française reserves the right to reject applications for student enrollment.
Fees are payable in advance by bank transfer (proof of payment must be provided before the exam, you agree to pay the full amount of your tuition fees.
NO REFUND WILL BE GRANTED ONCE REGISTRATION HAS BEEN MADE FOR PARTIAL, DISCONTINUED, INTERRUPTED OR NON-ATTENDANCE OF A COURSE.
Exam cancellations can only be accepted in exceptional cases (extreme illness, transfer…). A written request must be sent to the Director of the Alliance explaining the reason for the cancellation. An amount of R1.000 will be retained as administration fees.
Even if an employer/third party intends to pay tuition, you are still responsible for the payment of your account if no payment is made before the due date. Payment can be made ONLY by credit / debit card, or EFT. NO CASH ACCEPTED.
