IMPORTANT  To qualify for the "early bird" registration fee, we must receive this registration/payment prior to October 4, 2025. Registration fees are non-refundable. If you register as a TCAAC member, but are not in current standing as a member, we will collect the $5 discount amount at the time of registration on October 4, 2025 at 9:00 a.m.

I acknowledge and agree that the Tipp City Area Arts Council (TCAAC) will not be responsible for any missing or damaged items. As a vendor/participant/artist, I grant the TCAAC permission to use my name, likeness, image, voice and/or appearance as such may be embodied in any photos, videos, digital images, and the like, taken or made on behalf of the TCAAC. I agree that the TCAAC has complete ownership of such pictures, etc., including the entire copyright, and may use them for any purpose consistent with the TCAAC mission. This includes, but is not limited to brochures, exhibitions, videotapes, reprints, reproductions, publications, advertisements, and any promotional materials in any medium now known or later developed, including the internet and social media. I acknowledge that I will not receive any compensation for the use of such pictures, etc., and hereby release the TCAAC and its agents and assigns from any and all claims which arise out of or are in any way connected to such use. The TCAAC acknowledges no rights to artists' original work beyond said artwork being depicted in any photos, videos, digital images and the like.
