We believe that worship team members should exemplify what it means to worship in spirit and in truth and should lead the congregation by genuinely and authentically engaging in worship as they lead.

    The Application process at CM Church is designed for us to get to know our volunteers and their spiritual journey.  All individuals who have never completed an Volunteer Application are required to complete one to serve in this ministry.

    The information contained in this application is correct to the best of my knowledge. Any misrepresentation of information may be cause for rejection of this application and may lead to my inability to serve or volunteer at CM Church until the matter can be resolved.  Should my application be accepted, I agree to abide by the policies, procedures and Statement of Beliefs, and to refrain from unbiblical conduct in the performance of my service on behalf of the church. As a volunteer at CM Church, I am acknowledging my desire to learn and be equipped to live according to Biblical Principles as applied at this church. I further understand that both parties (applicant and CM Church Representatives) are committing to my spiritual journey, whereby, I can have a fully engaged relationship with Jesus Christ.
