    Introduction

    Thank you for applying to Innunco Academy's Co-Op position.

    All employees in all positions would be required to work fully remote or hybrid which may require working at 5200 Yonge St, Toronto Office location.

    To be eligible for this position, the following requirements must be fulfilled:

    • This position is funded by the SWPP funding program. In order to qualify for this program, one must be a Canadian citizenship or permanent resident.
      Applicants must be currently enrolled at a Canadian University or College program.

  • Recruiting Stage 2: Initial Phone Interview

    • You will receive a phone call from our HR department to conduct a brief 5 minutes interview
    • You will be arranging an appointment with our HR to our office for an in-person interview
    • You must provide a proof of enrollment at your Canadian post-secondary institution(unofficial transcript is sufficed) 
  • Recruiting Stage 3: In-person Interview

    • During the in-person interview, you will be given a written test for senior-leveled high school subjects in Math, Science, Physics, Biology and English
    • Through this test, it will allow us to know your areas of strengthes and weakness regarding your background knowledge. This is so that we can place you at the appropriate division once you start working at our company.
    • Our senior management will also be interviewing you at this stage.
  • Recruiting Stage 4: Documentation preparation

    At this final stage, the HR will present you with all documentations and discuss the following details with you: 

    • Contract of your co-op, internship placement
    • HR policies of the company
    • Information that you need to provide us before start working
