Eligibility: Hispanic/Latina women seeking a degree in one of these areas: (1) Management/Administration in business, education, human resources, health and related fields; (2) Leadership and Organization Development; (3) Communication or Public Relations; (4) Community Organizing; (5) Public Policy or Political Science."

Part III, Section A: Provide a 1-2 page essay on your leadership goals/experiences as related to any of the following fields: business, education, human resources, healthcare, community organizing, public relations or political science. Eligibility: Hispanic/Latina women seeking a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics.
Additional Document Required:

Part IV, Section A: Provide an essay on your interest in a STEM field. Incorporate the following in your statement; your field of interest and why, what relevant courses have you completed or are planning on completing in preparation for a STEM career? Have you already earned a qualifying degree in a STEM field? How will your study of a STEM field improve your life or that of the community?

Part V: Renewal Scholarship Application: To be completed by college students who have already been awarded any Mana Scholarship in previous years.
