    Aligned with the Ayurvedic New Year and the new moon following the Spring Equinox, this weekend retreat is a sacred invitation to welcome balanced and intentional new beginnings.

    From Friday evening through Sunday morning, we’ll gather for nourishing Ayurvedic meals, grounding yoga, nature-aligned practices and vision boarding to cultivate clarity, purpose and heartfelt intentions for the year ahead.
