I understand that yoga includes physical movements as well as an opportunity for relaxation, stress re-education and relief of muscular tension. The risk of injury is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated. If I experience any pain or discomfort, I will listen to my body, discontinue the activity. I assume full responsibility for any and all damages, which I may incur through participation in online yoga classes.*

Suggested donation amount for your 1HR session is $35, due in advance of your session. If you would like to invite a friend to join your session, their suggested donation is $20. I will contact you to discuss further, confirm your session time and provide donation platform options.*
