Cancellations & Rescheduling Policies
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations 48 hours before the appointment receive a 50% refund. Cancellations later than 48 hrs before are NOT refunded. RESCHEDULING: Rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice given will result in a 50% of the session cost fee. (This is because we cannot use this time to assist other dog guardians on such short notice. Thank you for understanding.)

Waiver of Liability
JoyDog will endeavor to offer only sound, safe, and responsible training instructions and recommendations. However, I recognize that JoyDog is not responsible for any unintentional errors, omissions, or incorrect assertions. I understand that the recommendation of any other product or service is not a guarantee of my satisfaction with that product or service. Further, I am and will remain responsible for the actions of my dog at all times. I assume responsibility for any injury, expense, costs, or damages caused by the actions of my dog that occur during training or after training is completed. I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless JoyDog of any and all claims by myself or claims by any member of my family of injury, expense, costs or damages to myself, my dog, or to any third parties arising out of my own actions or the actions of my dog at any time. I have read the above-stated provisions, and I agree to accept those responsibilities.
