The terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) below read together with the Key Commercial Terms as annexed hereto ("Annex") shall form the End User License Agreement between KLINIFY MALAYSIA SDN BHD, (1227698-H), formerly known as Sqrdots Sdn Bhd (The “Company”) and the End User in relation to the license and use of Klinify, and the provision of services to be provided by the Company to the End User. The Terms and Conditions, together with the Annex, together constitute a legally binding agreement between the Parties once executed by both Parties below. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the provisions of the Annex and the Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the Annex shall prevail.

Klinify Setup Settings

The following section is required to set up Klinify according to your requirements. Please follow the instructions below. This section should take you less than 5-10 mins to complete.
Please provide a list of all doctors and locums at your clinic. This is for us to set up all the individual doctors settings within the app.
Do you need us to migrate any data to from your previous Clinic Management System to Klinify?
What was your Clinic Management System before Klinify?
The clinic management system that you were using before starting Klinify. This info will help us coordinate the data migration (if required).
What are your clinic's operating hours?
(e.g. 9am - 6pm / 24 hours / 9am - 9pm / etc. )
What is the average Patient Volume Per Day?
How many computers do you have at your clinic? And where are they? This is for us to assist in any queue management set up.
E.g. Registration counter - 1 computer, Consultation Room 1 - 1 computer, Consultation Room 2 - 2 computers, etc.
What are your computer's operating system (OS)?
To find out, right-click on My Computer/This PC, go to Properties
What is your internet type at your clinic?
Do you currently own a label printer?
Do you have Team Viewer installed on your computer?
TeamViewer is one of the tools that we frequently use to remotely support your clinics. We recommend downloading it here if you do not currently have it on your computers - https://www.teamviewer.com/en/
Do you need a MyKad Reader from us?
Klinify is currently only compatible with Secure Metric's MyKad Reader. If you already have a pre-existing MyKad reader from a different vendor, you will need to get a separate Mykad reader to function with Klinify.
Do you have a Patient Queue TV setup?
We can help set up your queue TV with Klinify if you have the hardware available and set up. We don't provide any of the hardware or the on-site services to setup the Queue TV.
What reports are important to you on a daily basis?
Daily sales, daily inventory report, etc.
What reports are important to you on a monthly basis?
Monthly Sales, Inventory report, etc.
Do you have pre-existing document formats (Medical Certificates, Referral Letters, Receipts, etc.) that needs to be in Klinify?
