In order to have images posted online (sneak peeks, blog posts, social media etc.) a model release must be signed which allows me to post images to my website, blog, social media, or other means of marketing for Quiet Side Photography.

CLIENT hereby irrevocably authorizes PHOTOGRAPHER to use photographs of CLIENT and/or my property and authorize PHOTOGRAPHER and her assignees, licensses, legal representatives and transfererees to use and publish photographs, pictures, portraits or images herein described in any and all forms and media and in all manners including, but not limited to, composite images or distorted representations and the purposes of publicity, illustration, commercial art, advertising, publishing (including publishing in electronic form on internet websites and social media) for any product or services, or other lawful uses as may be determined by the PHOTOGRAPHER. CLIENT further waives any and all rights to review or approve any uses of the images, any written copy or finished product.

Due to the privacy and sensitivity of the CLIENT'S job, the CLIENT has asked that the PHOTOGRAPHER does not release any private information, such as their full name, when displaying images on website, blog post, marketing material or social media.
