What’s your Word: Word of Intent-Intention Bracelet
This is a true “meaning making activity”. You will choose a word that is meaningful to you and contributes to your “Why”, and cement it on a bracelet or keychain. The word of intention serves as a daily reminder to be your best self or what’s most meaningful to you.

Fall Crafts: Wreath Making
Welcome in fall this year by making a wreath with rich colors and fall elements. It's easy to see why people love wreaths so much: Come join the virtual workshop as we connect, create and find that extra dose of holiday cheer!
All wreath making material will be provided. Material can be mailed out or you can pick up on campus. Late registration, after Oct. 15th, participants will need to pick up materials on campus on Oct. 20th and 21st in the Employee Development Center. Registration closes on Oct. 18th.

Fall Crafts: Spooky Splatter Screen Pumpkin
Come join in some holiday fun as we make a spooky splatter screen pumpkin that you can either hang on your door or place on your table as a decorative centerpiece. Come join the virtual workshop
All splatter screen making material will be provided. Material can be mailed out or you can pick up on campus. Late registration, after Oct. 22nd, participants will need to pick up materials on campus on Oct. 28th in the Employee Development Center. Registration closes on Oct. 25th.

Celebrate Native American Heritage Month by creating your very own dreamcatcher. Dreamcatchers are hung on the wall over your bed to ‘catch’ any bad dreams in the webbing while good dreams make their way through the opening in the center. Materials may be mailed to participants or picked up in the Office of Student Life. Participants who register after October 28th will be required to pick up materials on campus.

Create your own Zen Garden, also known as a Japanese Rock Garden, to reduce stress, improve your focus, and enhance your sense of well-being. Kits will be mailed directly to participants who register by November 2nd. Registrations received after November 2nd will not receive a kit.

Learn to make your very own laundry detergent at an affordable cost. During this event, you will make your detergent and create the perfect holiday gifts! Let’s save money, cut meal prep time and reign in dine-out dollars! Join BC’s Health and Wellness Specialist, Tina Williams, in preparing a budget friendly, healthy, and tasty meal option. Ingredients can be picked up on Wednesday December 2nd from 1:00-3:00 in Student Life (J-117) or 4:00-6:00 at the Sadler Building overhang during Gator Mart distribution.
