Beginning August 10th, Mail Services will resume mail delivery services to campus following a Monday, Wednesday, and Friday schedule. Please complete the attached opt-in form to begin receiving mail. If this form is not completed, Canon will continue to hold mail in the mail room for pick-up.
If Canon is unable to deliver mail to a department after two attempts, due to office access or staffing issues, they will again hold that mail for pickup in the mail room, with that department needing to complete this opt in form again to receive their mail.
UPS, FedEx, and other delivery services will no longer be dropping parcels at the mail room also beginning August 10th. Offices that do not have staff on site to receive parcels ordered through these services should have parcels shipped to homes or sites with staff available to receive them.
