These classes lay the foundation for learning Basic Obedience and Good Manners with a focus on proper socialization, external stimulus, and confidence building environments. This package is six weeks, and includes a weekly one hour group session. Classes are held at our training facility. $275 for Six Week Program

AKC S.T.A.R. Puppy Class is a group environment, with weekly homework to be done at home in between classes.

A copy of puppies up-to-date vaccination records must be provided at sign in of first class, or if preferred, you can have your veterinarian email them to sides3330@gmail.com

Payment for class can be made via check, mailed to CC Canine Academy, LLC, or via Venmo @chris_sides If paying via Venmo, please be sure to list your puppies name and AKC S.T.A.R. Puppy class in the comment.

Must pre-pay to reserve a spot for Puppy Class
Please select which class start date, you are registering for. Puppy must be no younger than 12 weeks, and no older than 18 weeks at the beginning of class.*

I understand that by allowing my dog(s) to participate in the services offered by CC Canine Academy, LLC, I give my permission for CC Canine Academy, LLC to take photographs and/or videos, and to use the images or videos of my dog in printed matter, internet sites, or other promotional or advertising capacities. Photographs and videos are the sole property of CC Canine Academy, LLC.

While the open land of the property at CC Canine Academy, LLC provides a wonderful opportunity for dogs to exercise, play and explore, as with any environment, accidents can happen. In signing below, I accept full responsibility for any injury or damage to my dog(s) during their stay at CC Canine Academy, LLC. I certify that I am the legal owner of the dog listed above. I certify that the above listed dog has not had any human biting incidents, nor has he/she killed or caused damage to any other animal. I hold CC Canine Academy, LLC, Chris Sides and family, and/or agents harmless from any and all damage to their animal and agrees to indemnify for any all costs and damages arising out of damage caused by their animal.

Should any portion of this contract be unenforceable the remainder shall stay in full force and effect. Any disagreement regarding this matter shall be subject strictly to the jurisdiction and venue of St. Clair County, Alabama.
