A level subject choices

Students may choose 1 subject from a block and up to 3 subjects in total. Students wishing to do Further Mathematics can make 4 choices which must include 'Maths for Further Maths' and 'Further Mathematics'.
Please choose up to 3, A level subjects or 4 including 'Maths for Further Maths' and 'Further Mathematics', (both must be chosen).

In certain circumstances 4 A Level subjects may be chosen. This will be confirmed by a member of staff in the telephone meeting.

When you submit this form your details will be checked against the information provided when you registered your interest with King Edward VI Five Ways.

Once this has been ascertained, you may be called for a telephone meeting to discuss your A-Level choices. The meeting will be on either 21st or 22nd August 2025. If you are still satisfied with your A-Level choices after the telephone meeting, you will be emailed a Welcome Pack and further details regarding the Induction Day (3rd September 2025) to the email address you provided when uploading your results.

Please meet at 08.20hrs on 3rd September 2025, venue to be confirmed in the welcome pack. You will be given information pertaining to your new Tutor and Form Room.
