    Students may choose 1 subject from a block and up to 3 subjects in total, 4 including the Extended Project. Students wishing to take Further Maths can make 4 choices - YOU MUST SELECT 'MATHS FOR FURTHER MATHS' AND 'FURTHER MATHS'. THIS SHOULD BE IN SELECTION A&B OR C&D AND IN THIS FORMAT ONLY.

    In certain circumstances 4 A Level subjects may be chosen.  This will be confirmed by a member of staff in the telephone meeting.

  • When you submit this form your details will be checked against the information provided when you registered your interest with King Edward VI Five Ways.

    Once this has been ascertained, you may be called for a telephone meeting to discuss your A-Level choices. The telephone meeting will be on either 20th or 21st August 2026. If you are still satisfied with your A-Level choices after the telephone meeting, you will be emailed a Welcome Pack and further details regarding the Induction Day (3rd September 2026) to the email address you provided when uploading your results.  You must bring with you 2 copies of your GCSE results.

    Please meet at 08.20hrs on 3rd September 2026, in Yorke Hall, please read your welcome pack.  You will need to be wearing business dress.  You will be given information pertaining to your new Tutor and Form Room.
