1) As we're sure you are already aware, the Covid-19 pandemic has altered everyday life and continues to do so. The Junior Auxiliary of Hammond is continually monitoring restrictions and mandates. Should the JJM get cancelled due to Covid-19, all vendors will have their payments refunded.
2) Every vendor is required to donate one $10.00 gift certificate as stated in the vendor rules and guidelines. The JJM will print these for you to sign at the check-in table Friday, November 12, 2021. Shoppers will be able to purchase these from The JA ladies and then use in your booth during the market. Gift certificates are only valid during the duration of the market.
3) It is the goal of the Jolly Jingles Market of the Junior Auxiliary of Hammond to assist your business through the event with quality service, positive advertising, and safety for your staff and security for your wares. With the completion of this application and your participation in this event, it is understood that you, your staff, and your business agree to indemnify, defend, and hold blameless Junior Auxiliary of Hammond, The Claude B. Pennington Recreational Center, and Southeastern Louisiana University from any and all actions, liability, damages, and/or claims resulting from any action on behalf of Jolly Jingles Market or its associates, including, but not limited to attorney fees and costs.
