Dialling a Number
Making a call is also as casual and effortless as other tasks. You can adopt different paths to place a call. Sometimes, you miss a call and later find it out from the “History Panel”. Teamleader CRM allows you to call the contact from History as well. It’s quite amazing that you do not have to go to the main window.
Call History Window

The History panel looks very organized - with calls arranged on a date-to-date basis. It has the caller’s information such as the name and the phone number. It also shows the duration and talk-time of the call.
To place a call, follow the following steps.
Go to the “Call History” window
Find out the contact you want to call
On the right side of the number, you will see three options
The “green call” button would place the call
The extreme right button will take you to the main “preview window” again.
When you want to place a recent call, you can search it from the address book, and it will show all the Teamleader results as well. You can follow the following steps.
Open the Address Book
Type the Contact name or telephone number in the “search bar.”
Click “Go”
Click on the number you want to call
The Address book also shows the name, telephone number, email and essential details of the contact.
Calling from the “preview window” will require you to follow these steps.
Go to the “preview window.”

Find the contact number in the Contact Information section
Click on the number
It will open a drop-down menu
Select a suitable option, and your call will be connected
