ORDERING GUIDELINES

1. Minimum purchase requirement of 500.00 PHP.

2. Get a 10% discount for orders that total 10 kilos and above. Discount will be applied in your sales invoice.

3. Payment mode is through Cash-On-Delivery (COD) or Online Transfer via BDO or GCASH. Send a screenshot or photo of the proof of payment.

4. Same-Day Delivery from Mondays to Fridays (except on holidays). Orders placed beyond 4:00 PM will be delivered the following day.

Orders received on a holiday will be delivered on the following working day while orders received on Saturdays & Sundays will be delivered the following Monday.

5. For online payment transactions, the delivery fee is flat rate depending on the location. Please select the correct location at the bottom of this form to add the correct fee to your total bill.

For Cash-On-Delivery (COD) transactions, the delivery fee will be collected by the assigned rider upon delivery of goods including the actual delivery fee and the cash handling fee.

6. Ordering hours is from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM daily.
