Accounting Day 2021 Sign-Up for Time Slots

This form is to register with the specifics as a volunteer for Accounting Day on October 21, 2021 and to specify the times you can work. This updates any form you may have already submitted. Remember, these are the times needed by Accounting Day and you must allow for driving time, parking, arriving a bit early, etc. There are three sections for signing up below. You can sign-up in one, two or three of them, whatever works for you. Your hotel parking will be validated. Keep in mind duties may change and your final assignment will be determined at Accounting Day. Additional instructions will be emailed a few days before Accounting Day
Visits the www.AccountingDay.org website to get a full understanding of the event. Click Live 2021, then the Agenda-at-a-Glance to see the different sessions. This will help you in deciding which sessions to volunteer for.
Typical duties may include:
- Room facilitator-Obtain sign-in / scan badges, handout Certificates of Attendance, Monitor and report issues (Example: projector stopped working, etc.)
- Introduce speakers (Script provided), announcements.
- Registration table
- Collection and filing of evaluations forms
- Photography / Video
- Assisting with setup, Sunday evening, 5-7 pm
- Other duties, as needed

Sign-up to work in one or more of the breakout sessions (facilitating/ introduce speakers) on May 13. Please select one or more time slots, usually consecutive. Please remember that you may choose to stay part or all of the day, sitting in on other sessions and then working in another session later. Note that session times are 1, 1.5, 2.0 and 4 hour.
