Photography Client Agreement

TERMS OF SERVICE AND ENGAGEMENT

TERMS OF AGREEMENT*

This photography agreement is for six (6) lifestyle photography sessions for the Client. The Client may engage Photographer's services at any point in time within the year. Each photography session is for up to one (1) hour of coverage.

SESSION FEES*

The fee for each confirmed photography session is $550, GST not included. The Client will be invoiced after written confirmation has been received. Payment to be made via bank transfer.

BOOKING AND PAYMENT*

Upon receiving the written confirmation of the desired date and time for the photography session, the Client will be required to pay a deposit of $150 to secure date and time of the photography session. Photographer will reserve the time(s) and date(s) agreed upon, and will not make any other reservations for the period. For this reason, the booking deposit is non refundable for any reason what so ever. The booking deposit is applied towards the agreed and contracted photography package. The Client understands and agrees that the remainder charges of $400 is payable in full prior to taking the photographs. Should a delay occur with final payment, the event will be photographed and all photography will be held until after payment has cleared.

DELIVERY*

Photos will be professionally edited and delivered as high resolution via an online gallery. The Client will be provided with a URL to access the gallery for easy viewing, downloading and sharing.

IMAGES AND COPYRIGHTS*

Photographs produced by Photographed With Love are protected by Copyright Law (all rights reserved). Upon final payment by Client, Client is allowed to display resulting images for commercial use. Said images may not be altered or reproduced in any manner without prior written permission of Photographed With Love. The Client will receive high resolution photos via an Online Gallery with printing rights.

PHOTO USAGE*

When publishing photos from the photography sessions on various mediums listed above, Photographed With Love must be noted as the photographer wherever possible.
