  • RULES ON GUEST COMPORTMENT AND ROOM AND FACILITIES USAGE:

    • REGISTRATION OF VISITORS. All visitors should be registered at the Front Desk. Visitors are allowed in the guest rooms only between the hours of 8 AM and 6 PM. Staying in the guest room beyond these hours is automatically considered proof of being an unregistered guest. Any unauthorized use of facilities or visitor found inside your room past 6 PM will occasion an Undeclared Guest charge of $100 per person per day. 
    • Each guest room is only allowed to accommodate a maximum of two (2) visitors who may use our lagoons, swimming pools, or other leisure facilities for $25 nett per person per day. If a guest has more than 2 visitors who wish to use our facilities, they are advised to book another room or our Daytripper Adventure Package. Use of facilities for registered visitors is until 6 PM only.
    • SMOKING AND ODORS. Smoking is prohibited inside guest rooms. Durian, Kimchi, Mosquito Coil, and any other products and food that leave a lingering odor are also prohibited. A Special Cleaning Fee of $200 per day applies for violating odor restrictions. 
    • FOOD DELIVERY. To ensure a clean and enjoyable environment for all guests, we will be implementing a Food Delivery Corkage Fee of P500 for each 6-liter bag of takeout food brought onto the property. This fee will be collected in cash by security personnel at the gate.
    • OUTSIDE FOOD & PICNICKING. The Resort may charge a Special Cleaning and Trash Disposal fee of US$200 if, at its discretion, it assesses that the food brought to the Resort is in large quantity. Picnicking is not allowed in the guest room balcony or any public areas of the resort. A fee of Php 1,500 per person will be applied per occurrence. 
    • Guests celebrating special occasions are discouraged from tacking banners, balloons, or any décor on the wall and ceiling. Using double-sided or heavy-duty tape is also not allowed.
    • TOWEL COUPONS. Upon checkout, all the coupons must be returned along with your room key. Each missing coupon will occasion a Lost Towel Charge of $25.
    • PET POLICY. Pets are not allowed in the resort. We will not check in guests with pets. Guests caught with undeclared pets will be asked to leave the resort without a refund.
    • NOISE IN PUBLIC AREAS. Out of courtesy to other guests, please avoid screaming and very loud conversations anywhere. Also, avoid using audible electronics and engaging in phone and video calls in our dining areas and at the gym. Electronics are prohibited inside the Spa. (We do have a designated area in Kilimanjaro Kafe where telephone conversations, electronic devices, and groups anticipating louder conversations are permitted. However, please still try to keep noise at reasonable levels.)
    • The Resort reserves all rights to refuse a guest for violating the Resort Policies or for engaging in unruly behavior.

  • BY SUBMITTING THIS FORM, I HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO ABIDE WITH THE POLICIES AS OUTLINED ABOVE. I AM FULLY AWARE THAT THE RESORT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHARGE INCIDENTAL PENALTIES AND FEES AS SPECIFIED IN THE AFOREMENTIONED POLICIES. ADDITIONALLY, I AUTHORIZE PLANTATION BAY RESORT AND SPA TO CHARGE TO MY CREDIT CARD ALL APPLICABLE FEES ASSOCIATED WITH MY STAY.
