* Cancelation policies:
- untill SEPTEMBER 1st: all deposits can be returned
- untill OCTOBER 1st: 25% of full price of the journey can be returned
- until DECEMBER 1st: 10% of full price of the journey can be returned
- after DECEMBER 1st: no deposits can be returned
You are probably thinking about corona virus situation, so let us answer:
Your deposit is safe and will be returned to you, if we cancel the journey.
In case of cancellation due to flight or country restrictious due to higher causes (flight lockdowns, border closure due to the coronavirus) FULL REFUND of any deposits will be made at any time.
This point is valid in case that there is an official statement of Government of Egypt, a country of passenger origin or airline company, that the person in question can not fly to Egypt or that this journey cannot take place.
* FLIGHT TICKET BOOKING
Domestic flight: Cairo – Aswan - IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
International flight: from your location to Cairo and back IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
The airport in Egypt is CAIRO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT.
* DATE OF ARRIVAL AND DATE OF DEPARTURE
Arrival date: JANUARY 5th
(please book your flight ticket so you arrive to Cairo international Airport on this day)
Please note that check in time is at 2PM).
Departure date: JANUARY 18th
(please book your flight ticket so you depart from Cairo international Airport on this day, any time. Please note that check out time is at 12PM).
You can also come some days early or leave late. We will pick you up and drop you off at the airport in either way. There is a surcharge for extra days.
* YOUR PRICE for 14 day journey:
Early-early-early-bird price until August 15th: 3000 EUR
Earlybird price until October 31st 2020: 3333 EUR
Normal price after October 31st 2020: 3633 EUR
Late price after December 1st 2020: 3888 EUR
Surcharge for SINGLE room on the journey: 50 EUR per night (650 EUR total for the whole journey)

You will have a transfer organised by our side from Cairo Airport to Mena House Hotel on your arrival date. And also for the way back.
