iStudentsDuke has a variety of activities and events that happen during the semester to help you adjust to your time in the US, to develop new relationships, and to grow as a person. These include:
- Outings and study breaks such as hiking trips and service projects
- Cultural events around American holidays
- International Crossroads - build friendships as we share a meal together and discuss our impressions from a passage from the Bible
- Conversations of Consequence - gain perspective as we discuss topics on leadership and personal growth while sharing a meal together
- Supper Club - Enjoy a home-based meal, gathering 4x/semester with a locally-based host household and 2-3 other students
- Discovery Bible Discussion - explore the Bible in an open-ended small group conversation
- TRUE Leadership - a dynamic conference with international students on the East Coast of the USA (next in 2026)
