Processing time for your cancellation?
Depending on the current volume of requests, especially during public holidays and high seasons, it may take a few days to a week to process your cancellation. Please be patient. I guarantee to answer every cancellation.
Has your cancellation reached me?
If you get a THANKS page after clicking on "submit" then your cancellation has been successfully transmitted. An automatic answer is unfortunately not possible because the form ist ENCRYPTED for the protection of your data. Please refrain from asking whether your cancellation has been received. Please also do not fill out the form again on the same date of stay. Unfortunately such steps slow down the workflow because they require more time. I therefore do not answer these "intermediate questions" ;-) Thank you for your understanding!
