Dear Talent [parent/guardian],

I want to thank you for your continued loyalty and support for the agency. It has been a pleasure and an honor to represent you.

However, Red Willow Talent would like to inform you that the agency is officially closing September 30, 2020, and all future submission will cease as of 8-15-2020. My decision is due to the Covid-19 pandemic; the business of Red Willow Talent is sadly closing its doors. This decision has been difficult for me as a business person, and I would ask that you begin submitting to new agencies as soon as possible.

I hope that you have great success in all your future endeavors and that we will continue to maintain good relations as friends and professionals in the industry.
