Complete the following application in order to schedule a required tour and consideration for enrollment. You may apply for any year and if your scholar does not get a seat for that year, the application will remain active and eligible to enter once a seat opens up any time in the future. There is a non-refundable application fee of $51.97 for each child due upon submission of this application.

· I understand that once invited to proceed with the enrollment process, enrollment is not guaranteed until the non-refundable registration fee is paid (waived for subsidy families).
