We are super happy that you want to represent JB Cases. However, before we make you fill out a form and give us your details we want to tell you what we expect and what our basic conditions are. That way, if you don't agree, then you haven't wasted your time on the application. Being a JB Cases dealer means you are showing your customers that you REALLY care about protecting their cues. You care enough to go out of your way to provide them with cases that are made to very high quality standards and backed with a no-BS lifetime warranty. We need you to commit to learning everything about our cases which includes the broad range of models we make, the wide range of custom options, how to use our online designer and how to use the account dashboard to create and manage orders, and how to advise customers so that each order that you send in is fully complete. We expect you to learn what our guiding principles are on cue protection and continuous improvement and be able to communicate this to your customers. You will be expected to learn how our warranty works and how to fill out a repair order.
We want you to learn what is fact and what is fiction when it comes to pool cue cases as relates to our brand. There is a lot of misinformation out there about knockoffs of our designs and as a JB Cases representative we expect you to be able to recognize this and provide the correct information to your customers or to speak up on our behalf wherever you might see the false information being presented. And that brings us to a very important qualification to be or remain a JB Cases dealer, you may not be a JB Case dealer if you sell knockoffs of our designs alongside our designs. The reason for this is that we do not want to be in the business of selling badly made versions of our designs alongside the high-quality cases that we currently make and trying to somehow justify that to customers. This creates a conflict of interest as you would need to be honest about the bad quality of a product you are offering for sale in order to give the consumer a truly accurate comparision. To avoid that we have made this a requirement and we hope that you will see this as a badge of honor to be recognized as a provider of what we think are the highest quality and most practically protective cases on the market.
And we expect you to tell us when we are coming up short and what we can do to make it easier for you to interact with us. We are not a large company and so we know that we are very limited in time and resources to find and implement best practices so telling us what you have seen or thought of that can make it better helps us all.
Really we don't mind sharing the revenue with you but we are not trying to have the most dealers. We want the highest quality dealers representing our products. You will need to fulfill the minimum purchasing requirements each year to maintain your dealer status as outlined in the dealer guidelines. At the one year review if you haven't bought enough to qualify we will change your account back to customer status. You will need to adhere to our Minimum Advertised Price policy which is just don't advertise the cases at less than our suggested retail prices. This includes publicly telling people to message privately for better pricing.
