Terms of Business
Payment Terms
New clients (PIA): full payment to be made 14 days prior to course start date.
Existing clients (Net 10): full payment to be made 10 days after invoice date.
Late payments charged at 8% plus the Bank of England base rate.
Cancellation Terms
The Road Safety Solution Limited must have received the delegate's completed Driver Details Information (sent to the organisation at the time of booking) online form within 5 working days of their course date. Failure to complete a Driver Details Information form will result in the course being terminated and the normal course fee will apply.
PLEASE NOTE: Course fees will NOT be refunded for any booking altered or cancelled by the client within 7 working days prior to the course start date.
