Thank you for your interest in North Hills Community Outreach’s (NHCO) Ask the Attorney (ATA) program. ATA provides free, 30-minute legal consultations for individuals who: Live in NHCO’s service area (Northern Allegheny County outside the City of Pittsburgh), and Have a household income at or below 250% of the Federal Poverty Level. This program offers advice and guidance on non-criminal legal matters. Please note: ATA does not cover criminal cases, and attorneys are not able to make calls, write letters, or provide court representation on your behalf. In-person ATA sessions are held on the third Tuesday of each month, rotating between our Millvale, North Boroughs, and Allison Park offices.
