The event request form is intended for ministry leaders of New Life Covenant to request support for their events by means of announcements, website, visual arts (digital or print), etc. All requests should be submitted at least 3 months prior to your event to properly process and prepare. Our office will follow up on next steps within 3-5 business days of submitting your request.
