Customer service is a top priority here. All Crafts By Deanna customers will be treated promptly and respectfully. We are committed to providing exceptional customer service and set clear standards for customer care.

Orders​
I ask that all orders are placed with two weeks notice to ensure time for changes to designs if needed. A completed order form and full payment are required to confirm your order. Order forms submitted without a payment will not be confirmed. Rushed orders required within 4 days will be subject to a 30% additional charge of the total. 

Please note, all orders are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Privacy & Safety
I am the sole owner of the information collected on this site. I only have access to collect information that you voluntarily give via email or other direct contact from you. I will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

I will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted me. I will not share your information with any third party outside of my small business, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.

​Delivery, Pick-Up & Shipping

*COVID-19 Update
Please be advised that due to COVID-19 we are currently only offering contactless pick-up in Scarborough at Morningside & 401 and Oshawa at Harmony & Taunton.

We offer local delivery to some locations within Scarborough and areas of Durham Region. All deliveries are to be pre-arranged and subject to additional charges. 

All items are shipped by Canada Post registered mail at the customer’s expense. Once your item is dropped off at the post office, a tracking number will be provided to you. Please remember that once your package has been dropped off with Canada Post, it is now in their hands to deliver. Crafts By Deanna cannot guarantee exact shipping times and dates for Canada Post Services.

If your order is a time sensitive item, please contact us to discuss upgrading your shipping options. Ensure your item(s) are ordered 3-5 weeks in advance to assist in ensuring that you receive your items successfully prior to your event date.

Local pick up is available in Scarborough, Ontario. If you are local to the GTA, please feel free to arrange a pick up at Morningside & 401.
