• Theale Show Competition 2026 - Online Entry Form

    Use this form to make your entries online for one person only. Want to enter for more than one person? Create a form and submit for each person.

  • Please note you can only make one entry per class

    How to enter Theale Show Competition September 2026

    • Children's Age 5 & below, 6-10 & 11-16 entries are FREE!
    • All other Classes are £1 per entry 
    • Create an exhibit for the Class you choose (you can only make one entry per class) and check the appropriate Class Box below.
    • On 5th September between 8:30 to 10:30am, collect your Entry Labels from Christ Church (& pay for them), then take your entry(s) along to the Show Tent in the Orchard behind Theale Village Hall to display it for the Judges.  You must do this before 10:30am  
    • All entries to be submitted online by 9pm on Thursday 3rd September. The Entry system will automatically close at that time.  You cannot make a late entry.
    • Maximum entry fees charged to a single competitor for Open Class entries is £15

  • Childrens Classes - Age 5 & below - FREE ENTRY
  • Childrens Classes - Age 6 to 10 - FREE ENTRY
  • Children's Classes - Age 11 to 16 - FREE ENTRY

  • OPEN CLASSES

  • Open Classes - PRESERVES/BAKING - £1 per entry
  • Open Classes - HANDICRAFTS - £1 per entry - please state size below in last information box
  • Open Classes - ART & SCLUPTURE - £1 per entry (max size 50x50cm excl frame)
  • Open Classes - FLOWER ARRANGEMENTS - £1 per entry
  • Open Classes - FLOWERS/PLANTS - £1 per entry

  • Note: Class 60

    Only those Geranium plugs provided by Theale Show during April 2026 and grown since may be entered in this Class

  • Open Classes - VEGETABLES - £1 per entry
  • Open Classes - FRUIT - £1 per entry
  • Open Classes - WINE, CIDER & BEVERAGES - £1 per entry

  • For all Wine, Cider & Beverages classes, please use a clear bottle, label variety and seal with an air-tight top, which does not need a corkscrew to remove.

  • Open Classes - PHOTOGRAPHY - £1 per entry

  • For Photography classes 100-103, the maximum size for each photo is 20x15cm/8.25x6 ins to include mount.  For Class 102 each photo can be 20 x 15cm or 8.25" x 6"

    Please print out yourself and bring along for display.

    You must print your own photographs and bring them along with your Entry Form on Show Day.  Please also ensure they are no larger than the maximum size stated for each Class.
