Tattoo Appointment Request
Thank you for reaching out to me for your new tattoo! Please fill in all the answers and I will get back with you ASAP. I normally check all of these and set appointments only when books are open. If you fill this out when books are closed, that’s ok! I’ll contact you as soon as they open. This might take weeks or even months, depending on when books open. My manager and I work as quickly as we can during this time. So we appreciate your patience. The purpose of this form is to declutter my email and social media. There is no reason to message me once you have filled it out and gotten your confirmation. The more complete your answers are the better understanding I will have about the tattoo you want. From here we can set up a consultation if needed. Please know that you may hear from me or my scheduler. You may also receive a message that this tattoo idea is better suited for someone else at my shop, as I am working to focus on a specific style of tattoos. How big do you want it to be? (In inches please - don't guess. go grab a ruler. if you dont have one nearby, grab a piece of printer paper. This is 8.5x11" - do you want your tattoo half of that size, a quarter or bigger? if you cant give me inches, give me a comparison please. This helps me know how long to book you. thanks! )
