    Thanks for pre-ordering cases through Central Co-op! Submitting this form will prompt us to order your items. Lead time varies widely by product and distributor, so please allow at least two weeks for ordering and delivery. We will notify you when your order is available or if there are any issues with availability. You will have 7 days after notification to pick up your order. All payments will be received at pick up.   • Holiday 2024 Ordering Change

    As a result of vendor limitations around deliveries due to mid-week holidays this year, we will not be able to order or receive Special Orders during Christmas Week, December 22 - 28, or the following week, December 29 - January 4. Orders placed after December 17 will be ordered the week of January 5 and will arrive after January 10. We apologize for the inconvenience. 

    Please Note: Updated Order Deadline for Sale Pricing

    If you are placing a Special Order for an item currently on sale, please note that orders must be placed the Friday before the end of the sale period (e.g., if the item is on sale through Tuesday, April 23rd, it must be ordered by Friday, April 19th). This is the only way we can ensure receiving the case in enough time to provide sale pricing. If you have questions, please call the store or ask an employee when you're here. Thank you.

    Please Note: No Returns on Produce Special Orders

    We can often accommodate special orders of Produce item cases for pickup. However, we cannot accept returns on cases of produce after they have left the store. If you order a case of a produce item, please check it before you leave the store to make sure the product will meet your needs.

  • All special orders of a full case will receive a 10% case discount for Co-op Members. Please note that Wellness items ordered by the each do not qualify for the case discount unless 6 or more units are ordered.
