ALERT: SPECIAL ORDER PROCESSING DELAYS DUE TO UNFI ISSUES
Due to circumstances beyond Central Co-op's control (the UNFI service outage and slow recovery timeline) we are still not able to place Special Orders with any guarantees on product availability or delivery timeline. While UNFI's operations have significantly improved, there are still products we do not have access to. As such, we may not be able to guarantee sale pricing on products ordered in the next few weeks. We will reinstate normal Special Order operations as soon as we are able.
Please Note: Updated Order Deadline for Sale Pricing
If you are placing a Special Order for an item currently on sale, please note that orders must be placed the Friday before the end of the sale period (e.g., if the item is on sale through Tuesday, April 23rd, it must be ordered by Friday, April 19th). This is the only way we can ensure receiving the case in enough time to provide sale pricing. If you have questions, please call the store or ask an employee when you're here. Thank you.
Please Note: No Returns on Produce Special Orders
We can often accommodate special orders of Produce item cases for pickup. However, we cannot accept returns on cases of produce after they have left the store. If you order a case of a produce item, please check it before you leave the store to make sure the product will meet your needs.
