The 19th edition of The Scholar’s Province has been released for the fall 2021-2022 academic year. This form is intended to request hard copies of the 19th edition of The Scholar's Province. We are again offering two options this year: 1) Direct shipment to a designated Chapter Officer or 2) Shipped directly to the Initiate. Please indicate below your method of delivery.

Thank you for selecting to have the Scholar's Province shipped directly to your Initiates. We will use the information supplied by your Initiates when they claimed their profile. We will not be able to send their Scholar's Province until they have completed the process of claiming their account.

To confirm your Initiates have claimed their accounts, please log into the Chapter Admin Portal > select Initiate Class > Unclaimed New Members. The screen provided will list (if any) Initiates who still need to claim their account. You can copy and paste the link under "Link to Create Account" in an email to send as a reminder to those Initiates. Links are unique to the individual Initiate.
You will receive an emailed acknowledgement of your request for your records. Please note Chapters will be charged for any additional postage incurred due to not supplying a valid shipping address.
