MISSION

Our Mission is to become devoted followers of Jesus Christ. As His Brush Poppers, we believe that through the cowboy culture, God has called us to go out into the brush, "the world", and round up God's strays, as well as the lost, to join them to His herd. We desire to provide a place where cowboys, cowgirls, horse folks, country folks, farmers, and the cowboy at heart can worship and learn God's word in a down-to-earth, come-as-you-are fellowship. We also desire that we all experience the love of God through a relationship with Jesus Christ, being committed to ride for His brand, and through Him, live lives of purity and holiness.Jesus said in Luke 19:10, "for the Son of Man has come to seek and to save that which was lost".

Brush Poppers Cowboy Church

I, the undersigned, wish to participate in the Brush Poppers Cowboy Church events for the calendar year of 2020. I understand that during portions of this event I will be in close proximity to livestock under circumstance which may expose me to some risk of injury, because of the nature of livestock, the facility, and the activities in which I will be engaged. In consideration of the Brush Poppers Cowboy Church allowing my participation in this event, I, on behalf of myself, and my heirs, administrators, personal representatives, assigns and children and spouse, if any, do hereby agree to hold harmless, release and discharge Brush Poppers Cowboy Church which includes its offices, directors, members, agents, representatives, affiliates and insurers, of and from all claims, demands, causes of action and legal liability whether known or unknown, anticipated or unanticipated, due to the ordinary negligence of Brush Poppers Cowboy Church. I shall not bring any claims, demands, legal actions or cause of action against Brush Poppers Cowboy Church for any damages or loss due to bodily injury, death or property damage arising out of my participation in this event.

Attention Contestants and Workers:

Anyone participating in events or helping inside the arena during an even must have their proof of registration on them anytime they are in the arena. (i.e. wristband, back number, etc.)

WARNING:

Under Alabama law, an equine activity sponsor or equine professional is not liable for an injury to or the death of a participant in equine activities resulting from the inherent risks of equine activities, pursuant to the Equine Activities Liability Protection Act.
