If registering for siblings, please specify which child is taking which class
If you are a beginner dancer, you need to sign up for a LEVEL 1 class. These classes are in white boxes on the schedule.

The classes in the gray boxes require previous dance experience. Please do not sign up for a Level 2 or intermediate class without emailing downtowndancepa@gmail.com for permission or a recommendation into a class.

-Registration & Tuition are due upon registration.
-If you are registering for 3 or more classes, you may make two installments. Submit this form with the registration fee, then email DowntownDanceOffice@gmail.com to elect this option.
-If you have an April 2020 credit, submit this online form with the registration fee, then email DowntownDanceOffice@gmail.com.

New Dancers- Tuition payment is due after the first class. If you have decided to discontinue after the first class, please notify us. There may be a wait list for your spot. Thank you! *The registration fee is not refundable.
