Full Payment (Sept 2020-May 2021) Our Academy program training program groups all the aspects of the game mental, physical, tactical, and technical. Our session plans are based on a mix of methodologies that are used at top level clubs such as Barcelona and Ajax Amsterdam. Includes 1 hour technical training, and 1 hour Champions League style tournament.

By indicating your acceptance you acknowledge the above-named registrant is participating in this Field Art Football Club event. You further agree that Field Art Football Club, its affiliates and their coaches, staff, and volunteers shall not be liable or responsible for any injury that may occur during participation in this event and expressly release them from same. I hereby authorize any images or video footage taken of myself or my youth (under 18 years of age), in whole or in part, individually or in conjunction with other images and video footage, to be displayed on the FAFC Website and other official channels, and to be used for media purposes including promotional presentations and grant proposals. I also authorize the display and use of any media material created by my youth within FAFC. I waive rights to privacy and compensation, which I may have in connection with such use of my or my youth’s name and likeness, including rights to be written copy that may be created in connection with video production, editing and promotion therewith.
