Deposits will be deducted from your stay and are refundable if cancelation occurs within 48 hours of boarding for non holidays. Deposits are refundable one week prior to New Years, Spring break, Memorial day, Fourth of July, Labor day, Veterans day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. We do charge a .036 service fee on all refunds, this is the fee we are charged by the credit card processing company.
