CANCELLATION POLICY

PLEASE READ: You have a TERM MEMBERSHIP.
To cancel this type of agreement, you must break the term you signed up for.
The cancellation fee for breaking the term early is $100 and a 30 day notice.
Any payments that fall within these 30 days is still due as well as any past due payments and club enhancement fees. The $100 payment will be deducted with the last payment made in the 30 days. Your 30 days will start when this form is submitted.
