    To all prospective applicants:

    Thank you for your interest in applying for the Prosper 2021 Executive Team. Please review all the information and pre-requisites below before beginning your application.   • Application Deadlines

     

    Early Decision – October 4th, 2020

    Regular Decision – November 1st, 2020

  • Early Decision v.s. Regular Decision

     

    For Prosper 2021, we are implementing two application deadlines. The Early Decision deadline is on October 4th, 2020 and applicants will receive an interview offer by November 1st, 2020. The Regular Decision deadline is on November 1st, 2020 and applicants will receive either an interview offer or a rejection on November 15th, 2020. Please note that all applicants under Early Decision will be considered for an interview while applicants under Regular Decision might be rejected at the first stage. In addition, all applicants under Early Decision will receive priority consideration during the decision making process over applicants under Regular Decision. All Early Decision offers will be binding and must be committed.

  • Director Positions

     

    Director of Administration

    The Director of Administration is responsible for overseeing the delegate registration aspects of the conference and resolving any issues with registration. The Director of Administration should have previous experience working with Jotform and Excel.

     

    Director of Conference

    The Director of Conference is responsible for contacting the venue, finding the case study, and working with the Director of Logistics with room assignment and set up.

     

    Director of Human Resources

    The Director of Human Resources is responsible for contacting workshop hosts, speakers, and volunteers. Therefore, the Director of Human Resource should possess strong communication skills.

     

    Director of Marketing

    The Director of Marketing is responsible for building a positive social media brand image for Prosper and spreading awareness about Prosper to potential attendees.

     

    Director of IT and Media

    The Director of IT and Media is responsible for creating the website, social media posts, and other media related material. The Director of IT and Media is also responsible for assembling a media team on the day of the event. The Director of IT and Media must be fluent in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Wix website design. 

     

    Director of Logistics

    The Director of Logistics is responsible for planning all the details of the event and working with numerous other executive team members on delegate placement, room assignment, schedule creation, etc.

     

    Director of Sponsorship

    The Director of Sponsorship is responsible for contacting potential sponsors and securing sponsorship funds for the fourth iteration of Prosper.

    Vice Chair

    The Vice Chair is responsible for overlooking the executive team and assisting the Chair with administrative tasks. If you are interested in applying for the position of Vice Chair, please indicate this request and you will be required to submit additional supplemental materials.
