· VOLUNTEER EXPECTATIONS

· All volunteers should arrive 30 mins early for scheduled volunteer shift. ALL FIRST-TIME volunteers MUST complete the online volunteer form. A 10-min welcome orientation will be provided before beginning the event. Volunteer should be present to participate in volunteer wrap up. Volunteers will assist in an array of activities including but not limited to: interacting with community members, providing concierge service to community members, cart running, preparing bags, unloading, sorting items, preparing boxes, administrative tasks, etc. Volunteers should share a smile and abide by our core values; Care and Commitment, Teamwork, Integrity, Innovation, and FUN.
