Low-Cost Internet Qualification Form
Kaptel is offering low-cost internet to qualifying families of Vermilion Parish K-12 students.

Qualifying families can get up to 30mbps (or the maximum speed available at their address) for $10 a month. You will be asked to provide proof of your child's school enrollment and fill out a Lifeline verification form in order to qualify for this offer.

Please verify you meet ALL of the following criteria below:
- Have a child attending a Vermilion Parish K-12 school or a child being homeschooled in Vermilion Parish.
- Be eligible for Lifeline federal benefits (verify below.)
- Are not currently under a contract with Kaptel.
- Do not have any outstanding debt or unreturned equipment with Kaptel.
