Welcome! To request tutoring from the Learning Resource Center, please take a moment to fill out this form. When you are finished simply press the “submit” button and we will get back to you soon with more information. Please note that filling out this form does not guarantee you an appointment at the time you request. You are not officially scheduled for an appointment until you receive a confirmation email from one of the tutors.

We will try to accommodate your requested schedule but if the tutors are all busy at that time, we will work with you to schedule a different time. Please be aware that tutors are not “on-call;” tutoring can take a couple days to arrange and should be planned in advance.
