This form is for our Moadon Families who are registered for the 2020-2021 Moadon School Year. Please let us know which opportunities your child(ren) will participate in during the month of Elul, the month that preceeds Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur.
We hope you and your children will join us for some or all of the following programs, as we begin to prepare for our school year, and for the upcoming High Holy Days.
- Hebrew Review Sessions for Returning Students 4th-7th Grades
- Shabbat Morning Crafts for K-6th Grades
- New Moadon Family Welcomes in-person and online
- Learning about Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur
- Havdalah with other Moadon Families at Picnic Tables
For any in-person activities, we have very specific guidelines for these programs that must be observed to keep people safe, healthy and comfortable:
- Limited Number of People in Attendance (dependent on program and location)
- Masks must be worn for all adults and children over 2
- Social distance must be maintained
- Hand sanitizers will be available for regular use
- No food or drinks will be served
- No one who is feeling sick, currently running a fever, has tested positive for Covid-19 in the past 2 weeks, has traveled out of New York in the past 2 weeks, or has been in contact with someone with any of the above, will be allowed to attend in-person programs
By registering for an in-person program you are agreeing to abide by these guidelines and will be required to confirm your adherence below and upon arrival at the program.
We hope these guidelines will bring both safety and a sense of comfort to those who choose to attend.
NOTE on NUMBERS: All in-person programs have limited numbers. Numbers are listed above. If you RSVP and the activity is full, you will be notified and put on a wait list or added to the next program.
LOCATION NOTE: For the in-person programs outside, there will NOT be access to a bathroom. If weather is prohibitive, programs will either move on-line or to a raindate.
