In order to receive the $250 Representative Incentive Grant, by submitting this application, I certify that our Local Association has not elected delegates in the past five years. At least one delegate (or alternate if designated by the president) must attend each of the four RA events:

ECOEA Fall Rep Assembly or Delegate Briefing

OEA Fall Rep Assembly

ECOEA Spring Rep Assembly

OEA Spring Rep Assembly

After delegate attendance is reported to ECOEA from OEA following the OEA Spring Rep Assembly, the local will be awarded $250.
