• Unacceptable List
  Please ensure that the products you are submitting for approval do not include any ingredients on the Unacceptable List.
• Acceptable List of Dyes and Pigments for Baby Diapers
  If applicable, please ensure that the products you are submitting for approval only use dyes and pigments included on the Acceptable List of Dyes and Pigments for Baby Diapers, and that they meet any associated restrictions highlighted in the document. You will be required to provide additional documentation later in the process to substantiate that all restrictions are met.
• Product Ingredient and Material Labeling Guidelines
  Please ensure that the products you are submitting for approval meet the Labeling Guidelines addressed in the Licensing Criteria.

In this section please upload the documents that you downloaded and completed from the application page (www.ewg.org/ewgverified/get-the-mark-baby-care.php).

By submitting an application to the EWG Verified® program, you agree to a non-refundable $250 per product evaluation fee. 

EWG considers distinct formulations to be distinct products, and we recommend submitting a formulation for which you do not anticipate changes.

• If a diaper comes in different sizes with the same ingredients/materials, please submit each size as a separate product. 
• If two or more diapers share the same formulation but have different product names, marketing, or intended users, please submit each product as a distinct product.
• Different packaging sizes are not considered distinct products; please submit these as one product.

If a diaper is reformulated after application, please submit a new application and email getthemark@ewg.org to cancel your existing one. The reformulation will be subject to the $250 per-product evaluation fee.
