Photographer and Client are each referred to herein as a “Party” and, collectively, as the
"Parties."
NOW, THEREFORE, FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the mutual promises and
agreements contained herein, the Client hires the Photographer to work under the terms and
conditions hereby agreed upon by the Parties:

*A maximum of 20 photos at the conclusion of the service*
*A maximum of 2 looks*

*Pricing is the same for both outdoor & studio sessions*

*2.5hr Session*
*A maximum of 30 photos at the conclusion of the service*
*A maximum of 3 looks*
*Includes Teeth Whitening, Blemish Removal*
*Includes USB drive*

*Photo Canvas, Calendar, & or Book option available*
*$50 fee for raw footage requests*

Hereinafter known as the “Payment Method”. The Payment Amount and Payment Method collectively shall be referred to as “Compensation”.

*Failure to pay will result in a delay or termination of delivery of materials entirely.*

VI. Time is of the Essence. Photographer acknowledges that time is of the essence in regard to the performance of all Services. *$100 fee will be effective upon client’s lateness*

VII. Alcohol and Drugs. Photographer agrees that the presence of alcohol and drugs are prohibited on the Work Site and while performing their Services. If the Photographer or any of their agents, employees, or subcontractors are determined to be present or with alcohol or drugs in their possession, this Agreement shall terminate immediately.

VIIII. Additional Terms & Conditions.
*Once services are provided and materials (photos) have been delivered to the client, the
photographer is not liable for any lost, and or damaged material.*

*Full Refunds will only occur in the event that photos are not produced or damaged.

*Partial refunds are 60% of compensation for service given the customer is unsatisfied with the end product.*

*Tagging SHOTS W | MNK on social platforms is not mandatory but is highly appreciated.*

*Additional hours beyond the maximum 4hrs for events will incur a $50 fee per every hour.*

* Pricing for events outside of photographer’s homestate will incur a travel fee*

*Photographer reserves the right to ammend terms of this agreement at ANY given time.*

X. Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties to
its subject matter and supersedes all prior contemporaneous agreements, representations, and
understandings of the Parties. No supplement, modification, or amendment of this Agreement
shall be binding unless executed in writing by photographer.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties hereto agree to the above terms and have caused this
Agreement to be executed in their names by their duly authorized officers.
